Live from New York … Saturday Night Live returns for its 48th season on October 1st.

Details of the shows 48th season are emerging, while most things will be similar to the previous 47 years, one big change viewers can expect this year is with the cast.

OUT: Alex Moffat, Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney, Pete Davidson, Melissa Villaseñor and Aristotle Athari.

NEW: Marcello Hernandez, Molly Kearney, Michael Longfellow and Devon Walker.

While to some this might feel like more turn over than (“INSERT HOCKEY TEAM NAME HERE“)’s fans after a losing season, or Metallica fans after they released St. Anger. but rest assured, the new faces will will bring in some great new content, characters and jokes. At least that’s what the guy in the back of the bus this morning told us.
