We’ve teamed up once again with The London Police Association to help surprise Londoners with Random Acts of Summer.

On Monday  Hilary & Loop did the morning show live from The Salvation Army Centre Of Hope as parents dropped their kids off for a week away some for the very first time!  It was a morning full of excitement,  a few tears and a bunch of smiles thanks to the cool tricked out buses from the London Police Association.  It was a truly special morning, we even chatted with Alicia and her son Eric who have now both attended The Salvation Army Camps as kids and can share their memories.

JACK Mornings With Curtis & Hilary Send 70 Kids off To Camp!

Originally Aired: July 16, 2018

The members of the London Police Association  donated $1400 so the kids could make their 4 hour trip to Adventure Camp in the London Knights and Fanshawe Falcons buses fro Badder Bus Lines.

The Salvation Army supports families in need through their camping ministries, and has sponsorship  available through the local Salvation Army Church or Family Services. Some families pay as little as $80 per child for the week so that every child can have the experience of sleep away camp despite financial challenges.

Also there to see the kids off this morning were members some of the furrier members of the London Police Service!

Thanks to all our partners who made this possible including Mcdonalds at Highbury and Hamilton who helped parents keep it together with some free coffee!
